Are you 55 or older and interested in becoming a part of a senior living community?

How much does it cost to live at The Weils?
There are two components to this answer. First there are twelve different suite designs to choose from and the prices begin at $3680/month and are based on the suite selection and availability.

Secondly, the level of care is determined by a cooperative effort by the potential residents, their physician and The Weils clinical staff. These costs include "Medication Monitoring" or assistance with various levels of Activities of Daily Living.

Do insurance plans assist with paying for living in an Assisted Living facility?
Many insurance carriers have a long term provision that does pay for room, board and care in an assisted living facility. We will assist you in determining if this is in your current plan.

What services are included in my monthly rate?
Your 1 and 2 bedroom spacious residential suite includes: a full kitchen, washer/dryer, all utilities including self controlled heat and air conditioning, electricity, washer, trash removal, and a call system to alert staff if you need assistance. Also included are: chef-prepared three meals a day, happy hour, activities, daily exercise programs, housekeeping, access to the fitness facilities, Grandma's Intergenerational Playroom, and scheduled transportation.

Nursing staff is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week in the facility. This includes professional nursing staff and an RN Wellness Manager.

Suites include a stove, refrigerator, washer, dryer, telephone, carpets and blinds. You personalize your suite with your own furnishings. If you come for a respite stay either by the week or monthly, all furniture and linens are provided.

What if my spouse moves in, how much will that be?
A second person in the suite is only $1,500 extra per month to cover meals, staff and amenities. Their service level will be determined separately.

Are therapies available at The Weils?
The Weils offers physical, occupational and speech therapy through Montefiore's Home Health Care services.

We also believe in the "whole" you and offer alternative therapies and treatments such as Reiki, massage, aromatherapy and daily exercise classes.
