Weils CEU Event – November 2011

Thomas O’Reilly, MS, PCC-S, a foremost authority on mediation and counseling, will be the featured speaker at a special CEU morning event entitled “Ethics: Principles, Practices and Parameters” on Wednesday, November 2, 2011 at The Weils, 16695 Chillicothe Road (Rt. 306) in Chagrin Falls, Ohio. (Just north of East Washington Street.)

7:30 am: Registration and sumptuous breakfast buffet.
8:30 am – 11:30 am: Workshop and presentation.

This event is open to all social workers, counselors, nurses and case managers
– who can earn 3.0 CEUs.

Mr. O’Reilly is a counselor, mediator, mental health therapist and national public speaker.
He is the president of A Better Way and provides drug-free safety training to companies who seek to have, or currently have, a drug-free safety program for their employees. His counseling practice includes working with children, adolescents, adults, couples, families and older adults on a wide array of emotional and personal issues. He holds a BS in Business Administration from The Ohio State University and an MS in Marriage and Family Therapy from The University of Akron.

Program highlights: Learn basic history, definitions and principles of ethics; engage in case scenarios and apply principles learned; dialogue about what limits exist that define the parameters of ethics; and gain insights into the various models of ethics in healthcare.
