“The Weils Bunch” show off their “Weils side” at Gross Schechter’s 19th annual Kosher Rib Burnoff this past Labor Day.  Their crowd-pleasing ribs were prepared with a unique flavorful recipe of fresh berries and sweet and tart barbeque sauce created by Avery Bolden, The Weils executive chef and dining services director.
